motivational-quotes-1One of the biggest questions I get asked is “How do you stay disciplined to achieve your goals?”

It isn’t always easy and. . .

there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer to this.

If you have a short-term goal that’s within your reach, 9 times out of 10 it seems easier to accomplish.

Staying on track consistently to meet long-term goals takes a great deal of motivation. When I feel off track or need a push to get something done, I look for inspiration from experts.

I stumbled upon this video. It’s called “How Millionaires Schedule Their Day” by Brendon Burchard. I’m extremely happy that I found it.

Get Hyper-Focused and Quickly Scratch Things of Your to Do List

Whether your a millionaire, a millionaire-in-training, or just someone who wants to achieve their goals, I figured this information would apply to anyone who wants to get focused. I followed the first graphic organizer that he demonstrates. I like how he structures the day. It makes total sense.

I tried this today and can’t believe how much I got done. I really just stuck to my list and made sure I checked off whatever I finished. He explains that when it comes to email you are either waiting on people or reaching out to people to get something done. Everything else pretty much isn’t a priority at the beginning of your day.

He explains how you can stay focused and accomplish what you set out to do if you follow his system. He even mentions that you should only check your email twice a day at most. It can be a big time-waster. I’ve heard similar advice from Tim Ferriss of The Four Hour Work Week. Whenever I hear two experts overlap, it’s usually safe to assume that it’s sound advice. So take a look at the video. I hope you like it. He offers a free download so you can follow his system daily.

After watching, tell me what you think below. Write a comment. : )

Here’s what I already did so far:

  • Packed most of my outfits for a trip
  • Wrote a review for a friend’s new book
  • Wrote content for an upcoming video

This just took a few hours to accomplish in the morning. I can now attend to projects I’ve been working on.

The Bottom Line

Sometimes we just a need a little nudge to get back on track. Look for new ways to stay focused and accomplish what you set out to do. A quick video can be all that you need to get your priorities in order and focus.
