Many people find it hard to keep up with their house projects and general maintenance for their home.

It is VITAL to maintaining your property value and helps to potentially avoid bigger problems down the road.

Each Sunday for the next 8 weeks, I’m challenging readers to take better care of their homes inside and out.

I’ll include a modified version of Spring Home Maintenance Musts by Bob Vila.

Whether you are working on a large ongoing  project, simply completing small tasks around the house, or just looking to inspect your home, post pictures, blog posts, and updates here.

Make it part of your routine each spring to take care of your windows.

• Check caulking and weather stripping around windows.
