1. Purchase a small bulletin board at the dollar store for. . .$1. Print out a festive saying on your computer. I used recycled paper from a flyer at my child’s school.
2. Cut out the letters. Adhere scrapbook paper to the back of the letters with gluestick.
3. Add recycled cards to the front. Punch holes and tie ribbon through. Pin to bulletin board and display.
